Transform plain paper by embossing it
Having a few supplies and an embossing heat tool can transform a plain piece of paper to a gorgeous piece of paper. Embossing power comes in a great variety of colors.
Supplies to have on hand:
Embossing heat tool
Embossing powder
Paper
Rubber stamp(s)
Embossing ink
Soft paint brush
The how I made this heart:
I used my Sizzix and cut two sizes of hearts
and stamped the hearts using Inkadinkado Bold Damasks clear stamp and Stampabilities Polka Dot Background with embossing ink.

Sprinkle a layer of embossing power on freshly stamped heart. Tap excess power off and use a soft paint brush to remove excess.
Using embossing heat tool, carefully heat paper following manufacturers directions. This melts the power and adheres it to the paper. I continued stamping the paper till I had the desired results. I layered the heats and added flower embellishments.

blue papers a must have
I love paper. Yes, I have a scrapbooking paper problem. Sometimes I find it difficult to cut into those wonderful sheets even though it will be transformed into something much better displayed than in my paper bin. This doesn't seem to be a problem with purchased embellishments, just paper.
Technology is wonderful. Now with printers and my Adobe products I can create all the paper I want. Here are two eri*doodle blue paper FREEBIES. One is a rough scalloped blue and the other is blue and white polka dot. These coordinate great with the baby boy rocket ship and sailboat from the last two blogs. Right mouse click and save image as to download. You are welcome to add my blog link to share the freebies with others, but please do not post the image or create links directly to image. Every boy needs a rocket ship

My focus has been so girl oriented, I thought it was time to add in some boy stuff. This little eri*doodle rocket would be so adorable on a baby boy / newborn page, card or craft. You can jazz it up with other colors and make it a big boy rocket. Both images are free to download. One to right is a template if you didn't figure that out. On the left I choose to create X's for a stitched look instead of using the band across it. It can be used for digital scrapbooking. Don't miss these fun downloads. Right mouse click and save image as to download. The image here is free, but if you would like the cutter file in SVG, KNK or another format for use with Cricut, Klick-N-Cut or other cutter, it can be purchased f

This is a great title for a Fall Festival you attended at a school, church or town. Or if you are working on Thanksgiving already, here is one for that too. They are 6" wide but can be printer much smaller.
Add the earlier tutorial on the pumpkin for an additional embellishment.
These Free eri*doodle titles can be download by right mouse clicking and saving image as.

Owls are a hoot!
When the popularity of owls rose, I wasn't too fond of them. Memories of those ugly macramé owl wall hangings flooded back from my childhood. Mom made a few and I think I even helped, but that didn't make me like them any better.
Today, owls are everywhere and I have grown to adore these big eyed birds of prey.
Although I created mine in traditional colors, they would be adorable in non-traditional colors also. Thinking pinks, purples and greens.Included free in this eri*doodle blog is a hand drawn template. I was trying to avoid the perfect shapes to add character. Right mouse click and save image as for full resolution and size.

Inspired by fall colors
The warm autumn palette of papers in my stock seemed to be waiting for me to start designing. Yesterday I notice Mother Nature has just begun displaying a spectacular show of fall colors. Couldn't wait to start designing my fall tree. After finishing this paper piecing tree, I realized how versatile this design can be. I made flowers, leaves and soon hope to add an owl.
If you would like the Klic-n-Kut knk file or a SVG file for Cricut and other cutters I am offering it for
